This study aimed to examine the mediating role of mindfulness in the relationship between the dynamic capabilities of human resources as the independent variable and technological change implementation as the dependent variable at Asiacell Telecommunications Company in Iraq. The significance of the study stems from the nature of the company’s operations in delivering telecommunications-based electronic services within a highly competitive environment, in addition to the challenges of complying with the state’s public policies through the governmental telecommunications sector. These conditions require employees to possess mindfulness grounded in knowledge, experience, and skills, enabling them to sense environmental changes and respond to them proactively as an additional capability that enhances the implementation of technological change to meet the needs of individual customers and government institutions. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical research design. Data were collected through a questionnaire administered to a purposive sample of 177 engineers, experts, and technicians working at the company. Descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, together with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), were employed to analyze the data using SPSS and AMOS software .The findings revealed that mindfulness plays a statistically significant mediating role in the relationship between the dynamic capabilities of human resources and technological change implementation. The mediation was found to be partial, indicating that mindfulness strengthens the effect of dynamic capabilities on technological change implementation while the direct effect of dynamic capabilities remains significant. The study also identified the main strengths and weaknesses of the study variables based on the respondents’ perceptions and concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations to support organizational practices and enhance the company’s capability to adapt to technological change.
