AB  - The objective of this paper is to cope with the economical changes in the firstdegree that our country is passing through. The paper tackles with the basis ofinitiating every organization that wants to achieve the goals of its existencewhich came for those goals. The organization works in a way or another forsurviving, continuity and developing its future objectives. Thus, it is necessaryto explain the concept of future, management and small projects, and the wayto use psycho- engineering system that depends on knowing the secrets ofhuman psychology and the way to deal with them in limited ways and methodsthat can affect their perception and meditation, and then affect their skills andmental performance. Psycho – engineering is not psychology because to dealwith it needs special practice and experience to obtain successes, thenbecame superior when applying it in case of developing creative thinking andadapting special skills and strategic planning for the future.To reach all these issues through identifying the principles of small businessand the basis of psycho- engineering , and the way to meet its elements thegetting the outcomes of thinking which is considered the basic of future ofsmall business .
