This research attempts to diagnose the nature of the role that the self-efficacy of human resources contributes to the strategic success of business organizations, as the human resource represents the most important resource in the organization and the main driver of other resources, so it is necessary to enhance its competencies, to enhance confidence and conviction in the activities and tasks it performs, to achieve The strategic success that guarantees the survival and continuity of the organization at work, as the research problem indicated a clear deficiency in the interest in these variables in the researched organization, so the importance of the research emerges in the researcher’s attempt to provide solutions to address this problem, and to achieve the goals of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted in the applied side to it As the questionnaire was used to collect data, which was distributed to a sample of (64) employees from the Iraqi Middle East Investment Bank, which was adapted to suit the purposes of the current research, and after processing and interpreting the results of data analysis that was made using a number of statistical tools in the program Ready-made (SPSS), the main and sub-assumptions included in the research were validated, which emphasized the importance of the moral role that self-efficacy contributes to. In strategic success, it is necessary to prepare a series of development programs that contribute morally to enhancing the self-efficacy of human resources and invest them in the best possible way to achieve strategic success for business organizations in light of the highly competitive environment in which they operate.
