This study aims to examine the impact of implementing the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System requirements on enhancing quality confidence and consumer safety in food organizations, using Pearl Mineral Water Company as a case study. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and data were collected through an electronic questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 100 employees. The data were analyzed using SPSS V28 and AMOS V26, employing Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and regression analysis. The validity and reliability tests confirmed that the measurement instrument possessed high levels of reliability and construct validity. The findings revealed a statistically significant positive effect of implementing ISO 22000:2018 requirements on enhancing quality confidence and consumer safety. Effective implementation of the standard contributed to strengthening food hazard control, improving operational efficiency, and reinforcing compliance with quality and food safety requirements, thereby increasing consumer confidence and product quality. The study recommends expanding the adoption of food safety management systems, strengthening training, internal auditing, and continuous improvement practices to achieve sustainable performance and enhance the competitiveness of food organizations.
