Reflection of E- Recruitment on the Quality of Work Life An Analytical Study of Employee Opinions at Al-Taif Islamic Bank / Nasiriyah Branch

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Reflection of E- Recruitment on the quality of work life. It is an analytical study conducted at Al-Taif Islamic Bank, Nasiriyah Branch. The research employed a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire to collect data using a five-point Likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed to a comprehensive sample of all bank employees, totaling (42) respondents. The questionnaire data was analyzed using the statistical software SPSS version 28 and Excel, in addition to using the structural equation modeling (SEM) program Amos version 26. The results indicate a significant correlation and influence between E-Recruitment and quality of work life.
