The Internal Auditing According to the International Standard ISO19011-2002 Case Study at Iraqi Digging Company / Ministry of Oil

Abstract

This study stems from a fundamental problem of how The Iraqi digging company applies the internal auditing for its quality management system, the study aims to focus on the guidance specification (ISO 19011:2002) And diagnose the gap Between quality management system requirements And the actual reality of the company surveyed which is one of the ministry of oil departments in Baghdad. The main conclusions of this study is that the company doesn’t follow the International Standardization steps of (ISO 19011:2008) as a guideline in the internal auditing for its quality system, the implementation and documentation of quality management system are (88.65%) of the International Standard(ISO 9001:2008).
