Abstract

The role of security Council to refer the criminal cases to the international criminal court, is one of the important subjects, which lake important place in the discussion of state of permanent international criminal court.
The purpose of the permanent international criminal court combine trumanistic value and policy considerations which are not only essential to the attainment of justics, but also to presentation, restoration and maintenance of place.
