Electronic management is considered an effective tool for business organizations .New technologies of electronic communications through the use of the web provided the basis for the of E-management. This research work provides a theoretical framework of the concepts and dimensions of E-management .This is done through the emphasis on the role of total quality management in achieving efficient and effective performance of business organizations within this new filed to accomplish various managing transactions
The research provides several recommendations to point out how business organizations could become more efficient when using total quality in E-managerial activities.
